Mikhai took the time to ask where I’d like to focus my session (hips and legs) and then proceeded to release all the tension I’d been holding in my psoas, glutes, and outer hips. I typically don’t use male therapists. I needed to use my ClassPass and that was my option. He had great reviews . So glad I gave it a chance. Kai was very professional, strong, and seemed to know where all my painful spots were without me even telling him what I needed.
